My roof is leaking after a storm — what do I do first?+

Call us on 1300 555 019. Move valuables, place buckets, and photograph the damage — but stay off the roof. We'll arrange a make-safe, usually the same day, and document everything for your claim.

Will you deal with my insurance company?+

Yes. We prepare scopes in insurer format, meet assessors on-site and provide supplementary quotes when hidden damage is found mid-job. You approve everything, but we do the chasing.

How much does a make-safe cost?+

Simple tarping starts from a few hundred dollars; most home insurance policies reimburse emergency make-safe costs. We invoice separately so you can claim it immediately.
