A faded, mossy tile roof isn't necessarily a dead roof. Our four-stage renovation — pressure clean, repair, re-bed and re-point, then seal and re-coat — brings tired concrete and terracotta roofs back to life at a third of replacement cost.
We only recommend restoration when the bones are sound. If your tiles are porous through or battens are gone, we'll tell you straight and price the re-roof instead.

A proper four-stage restoration with quality membrane coating lasts 10–15 years on concrete tiles. We warranty the coating for 10 years and the pointing work for the same period.
Yes — that's the most popular part. Choose any standard roofing colour; darker heritage tones and modern greys are favourites. Light heat-reflective colours can noticeably cool the house.
Typically a third of the cost of replacement. But if tiles are crumbling or the frame needs work, restoration money is wasted — we'll assess honestly and show you both options.
