Our Services
Flashings & Cladding
Nine out of ten leaks we attend start at an edge — a lifted barge flashing, a rusted corner apron, cladding that was never sealed to the roof. Siding corner work is the fiddly, precise part of roofing, and it's where cheap jobs fall apart.
We replace corner flashings, barge boards, fascia and wall cladding junctions with folded Colorbond steel, sealed and screwed to manufacturer spec — then we water-test every junction before we leave.
What's Included
Most corner repairs take a day. Larger cladding junctions run two to three days including painting to match.
How It Works
We walk every edge, valley and junction and photograph each failure point.
Rusted flashings and rotten battens come off; sound timber is treated.
New flashings are folded on-site for a watertight custom fit.
Hose testing on every junction, then photos and warranty paperwork.
Good To Know
Water stains that appear near external walls or ceiling corners after wind-driven rain almost always trace back to a flashing edge. Our free inspection uses moisture meters and roof photos to confirm the exact entry point before quoting.
Yes. We carry the full Colorbond range plus heritage colours, and we fold flashings to match your existing sheets or tiles. On older roofs we can also source second-hand tiles to blend repairs.
A single corner or barge run is usually a half-day job. Full perimeter re-flashing on an average home takes two to three days including pointing and water testing.
