Installation FAQs

How long does a full re-roof take?+

Most single-storey homes take three to four days; double-storey or complex roofs run five to seven. We tarp and make weatherproof every night, so you're never left exposed.

Metal or tiles — which should I choose?+

Metal is lighter, faster to install and sheds leaves better — ideal under gum trees. Tiles suit heritage streetscapes and deaden rain noise. We price both so you can compare honestly.

Do I need council approval?+

Like-for-like replacements rarely need approval, but heritage overlays and BAL zones can. We check your property constraints at quote stage and handle any paperwork required.
