Active leaks get priority — usually same-day or next-day across Wollongong and Shellharbour. In storm events we triage: emergency make-safes first, then permanent repairs in booking order.
Almost always. We stock common profiles and source discontinued tiles through salvage yards. If an exact match is impossible, we place substitutes on the rear slope where they can't be seen.
If more than a third of tiles are porous, battens are rotten across multiple slopes, or you're patching the same roof yearly, a restoration or re-roof costs less long-term. We'll show you the maths either way.
