Mark supervises every Ironbark site, with sixteen years on the tools across tiling, metal and restoration work before moving into supervision. He runs the morning safety brief, keeps the site safe and tidy through the day, and personally signs off each job with a magnetic nail sweep and final walkthrough. If something is not right at handover, Mark is the reason it gets fixed before we leave — not after.
